Edit_RTM

PURPOSE

This command will launch the Tas Professional report designer executable from the TAS runtime environment.

If you would like to give your end users the ability to modify report layouts (RTM's) This command will allow you to add the report designer to any of your applications.

The report designer otherwise normally can only be used from within the TAS programming / development environment.

To be able to use this option apart from the programming/development environment, you will need to have purchased a runtime license.

EDIT_RTM f/c/e - Optional as the file name to edit..

(if omitted it just brings up the Report designer.)

EXAMPLE

EDIT_RTM ‘REPORTFILE’

NOTE: If you do not have a register version you will get a error Message at runtime.
