This property specifies the horizontal size of the object in the Units you have specified. During the design phase you can generally control the size of an object directly by clicking on it (small control blocks will be displayed around the object), grabbing one of the blocks with the mouse (click on the block and hold down the left button), and stretch or shrink the object as desired.
